As an outside salesperson, you will solicit and service both new and existing customers, prepare cost proposals, generate submittals, and process jobs for execution. This position is primarily responsible for the identification and development of new commercial HVAC service customers. Knowledge of the commercial HVAC industry is essential. Included in this process is the creation of new service agreements, negotiated service work, and project sales for a wide variety of HVAC solutions including mechanical system repairs, retrofits, upgrades, and modifications.
